The Spinnaker offers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices, and has picture postcard views across the Firth of Clyde. The Hotel is located in a listed sandstone Victorian terrace in Albert Road, which runs along the coast midway between the two ferry terminals at Gourock. The view is quite simply stunning, looking out across the water to the Holy Loch, with the mountains of Argyll rising up behind Dunoon and Kilcreggan to mark the start of the Highlands.     All year round you'll see fishing trawlers puffing up and down the Clyde - perhaps even the odd submarine. During the yachting season, the view is filled with sleek sailboats, their brightly coloured spinnakers catching the wind.     The Spinnaker is owned by Stewart McCartney and his wife Julie, who will personally make sure your stay is everything you expect.
